Andrea is a multiple award-winning communicator and educator with more than a decade of experience in public relations and public affairs. Her media campaigns have won awards from the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and consistently lead to coverage in top-tier media across the country and internationally.
Prior to her career in communications, Andrea worked as a journalist and producer at some of Canada’s top national broadcasters as well as international news outlets.
Andrea is one of less than 500 Canadians Accredited in Public Relations (APR) through the CPRS and also holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University. Passionate about advancing the Canadian communications industry, she often teaches and guest lectures at post-graduate institutions and serves as Vice President of both the Public Affairs Association of Canada and the CPRS Toronto Chapter.

Ashley brings a diverse background to TAS including experience in commercial and multi-family real estate development, investment, and sales/leasing, across western and central Canada.
In her spare time she occupies herself with all things food! She is an avid home chef and loves travelling and trying different cuisines.

Vlad brings over 20 years of experience leading complex large-scale projects. He enjoys watching hockey and going skiing whenever he gets the chance.

Tooran holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and founded TAS alongside her partner Babak. Her instrumental insights and ideas have helped TAS bring a sense of home to our projects.

Mazyar has led the evolution of TAS over the past 20 years with a focus of deeply aligning purpose and profit. He is deeply committed to unlocking equity across all community stakeholders and leading the evolution of capital as a tool to drive long term resiliency. Mazyar’s commitment to leveraging capital to drive impact, coupled with enhancing profitability through deep engagement have positioned TAS as a leader in community-focused real estate development. Mazyar is active and involved in the community as Chair of The Bentway, Trustee at the Art Gallery of Ontario and across the YPO network.

Liza is an avid backyard farmer and keen cyclist, she enjoys spending the warmer months river tubing and loves to take part in all forms of snow sports in the winter. She brings a background in architecture, experience in major P3 projects and a passion for people to her work with TAS.

Leslie cut her teeth (professionally!) in the charitable sector where she learned how to collaborate closely and drive impact with communities through projects like museums and cultural centres. She enjoys expanding her perspective through contemporary art, the culinary arts, yoga and meditation.

Khan has 15 years of experience in finance and real estate with a focus on investments and asset management. He has held progressive leadership roles at PwC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and CPP Investment Board. He is a certified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and also holds a BBA from Wilfred Laurier University.
Khan is passionate about his family, taking time to enjoy the lighter things in life, and leveraging TAS’s platform to drive positive social and environmental impact. When he’s not chasing his kids around, he enjoys a good meal, following politics and watching mindless movies.

As the founder of TAS, Babak brings his experienced touch to every project, ensuring high quality design and family-oriented spaces are at the forefront. He holds three Master’s Degrees in Architecture from the National University of Iran, University of Toronto & the Beaux Arts in Paris, and has worked on more than 200 projects worldwide.
