Editha was a business administrator with 10+ years experience in documentation, accounting and insurance. In her free time, she either spends it at home cooking and hanging out with her kids or in the church where she volunteers as a leader and counsellor. She is passionate in helping bring out the best in people.

Cristina is the face of our Property Management team. She is a social butterfly who loves meeting new people from all walks of life and going above & beyond to build relationships in different communities. When she is not playing with her son, Josiah, you will find her in the kitchen cooking (but mostly eating)!

Richard brings over 30 years of office, retail and industrial property management experience to TAS. Away from his desk, Richard enjoys soccer, going for hikes and spending time with his family.

Kit is an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan who treasures partaking in his yearly fantasy hockey pool. Lucky for us, his financial models are just as robust as his sports metrics.
