Celine has accounting experience across various industries such as retail, real estate and public accounting, among others. Away from work, her love for novels, video games, music and movies transport her to different worlds. She is also a foodie and loves to hang out with her family.

“My favorite neighborhood is The Annex. It has a good balance of parks and city living and is a melting pot of different cultural events. In this neighborhood, inspiration can come from anywhere.”

Aneri Naik

Aneri is a designated CPA with a wide range of experience working in different industries like real estate, public accounting, retail and financial services. She loves hiking, travelling, cooking and gardening.

“I like Midtown Toronto, especially the Davisville neighborhood – it offers a perfect city-life with close proximity to public transit, restaurants, downtown and Toronto’s iconic Yonge Street. At the same time, it gives you an opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to the nearby beautiful parks and trails like Beltline and Moore Park Ravine. Hartley Rogers

With a background in design and a passion for urban life, Hartley’s focus is on the intersection of aesthetics, sustainability and business.

She holds a Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure from Schulich and is an avid hiker and equine enthusiast.

Ethan Park

A former member of a tactical SWAT team and soccer player at a national level, it’s safe to say Ethan is a great team player and is always there to land a hand to his fellow colleagues.

Karan brings over a decade of experience in real estate development, asset management and investment banking to TAS, where he balances his keen attention to detail with his appreciation for the bigger picture. In his spare time, Karan is pursuing his recreational pilots license and enjoys exploring the great outdoors.

Richard Crofts

Richard brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and investment management. He is a Chartered Investment Manager ​(CIM®), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®​) and has an MBA in Finance and Financial Services, a JD in Corporate Law and a BA in Commerce. He has built upon his multi-disciplinary background in finance, strategy, M&A, law and operations and has worked with and for entrepreneurs and global financial institutions such as BentallGreenOak.

Richard believes in developing diverse teams focused on radical candour and taking a systems approach with a bias for action. He firmly believes that TAS can focus on both purpose and profit – and play a leadership role in shifting how business interacts with communities, society and the environment.

Kadian McKenzie

A risk-taker who is detail oriented, Kadian worked in the accounting team at some of the Caribbean’s top resorts before moving to Canada in 2017 and gaining experience in the real estate industry. In her spare time, Kadian loves trying new restaurants and cuisines, both in Toronto and also while travelling – her other passion.

Jun Lee

Jun is a big soccer fan and tries to catch as many matches as he can. His enthusiasm for sports and style are easily recognizable in his work as he brings together financial data into clever plays that drive team success.
