He is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®) and has an MBA in Finance and Financial Services, a JD in Corporate Law and a BA in Commerce. He has built upon his multi-disciplinary background in finance, strategy, M&A, law and operations and has worked with and for entrepreneurs and global financial institutions such as BentallGreenOak.

He firmly believes that TAS can focus on both purpose and profit – and play a leadership role in shifting how business interacts with communities, society and the environment.
